December 16, 2025 – ROCHESTER, NY – Pittsford Plaza is excited to announce that Cinnaholic, a gourmet, fully vegan cinnamon roll bakery as seen on ABC’s Shark Tank, will officially open its doors on Friday, December 19. Located between Goldfish Swim School and One World Goods, the new 905-square-foot bakery marks just the second Cinnaholic location in New York State and the first in Upstate New York.
To celebrate its grand opening, Cinnaholic will offer $2 Signature Rolls from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m, inviting guests to experience its award-winning, made-to-order creations.
Cinnaholic is known for its fresh-baked, customizable cinnamon rolls and entirely plant-based menu. Customers can enjoy favorites like Old Skool, Cookie Monster, Caramel Apple Pie, and Verry Berry, or build a custom roll with over 20 frosting flavors and topping choices. In addition to its famous cinnamon rolls, Cinnaholic also offers cookies, brownies, and edible cookie dough.
