February 17, 2026 – ROCHESTER, NY – Pittsford Plaza is pleased to announce that Mamma G’s, a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant known for its authentic cuisine and warm hospitality, will officially open its new location on Wednesday, Feb. 18, with dinner services beginning at 4:00 p.m.
Located in a 5,094-square-foot space next to Stretch Lab, Mamma G’s expands its presence in the Rochester market following the success of its Henrietta location. The restaurant will initially operate from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Beginning Tuesday, Feb. 24, Mamma G’s will transition to its regular operating hours of 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Once fully operational, the restaurant will offer lunch, dinner and takeout services.
Mamma G’s is known for its authentic Italian cuisine, American classics and signature homemade pasta dishes, all served in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The new location will feature an expanded menu that includes wood-fired pizza, a full bar and a wide selection of traditional Italian favorites and specialty offerings.
Owned and operated by the Troiano family, Mamma G’s brings generations of Italian culinary tradition to the community, emphasizing fresh ingredients, handcrafted recipes and genuine hospitality.
Mamma G’s joins a mix of new additions at Pittsford Plaza within the last calendar year, including Cinnaholic, Georgio’s Pizza and Ulta Beauty.
